Re-design the layout of a two-bed apartment in order to be renovated and transformed in two independent studios with a communal entrance. The design was looking to increase the value of the property and be more attractive in the market for short term rent.
The interior design followed minimal and contemporary principles and the materials and color palette used were looking to create a welcoming and warm atmosphere.
